1. Firstly, take a bowl and sift the flour, curry, and salt

Take a roller and expand the dough into a circle, approximately the size of the baking tray. Then, put the dough into a round, non-stick, baking tray, and place in the refrigerator.

1. Take a skillet and heat it to the medium heat

3. Add flour and mix well until getting a light roux. Let it cook while stirring constantly

1. Firstly, pour the filling into the frozen dough
2. Secondly, sprinkle parmesan on the top
3. Lastly, bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes

You can check if the quiche is ready by using a toothpick or a knife. Stab either one through the center of the quiche. If it comes out dry, the quiche is done. If it is not dry, bake some more, until it is dry.
