Easy Mexican Guacamole

 2 ripe avocados
 ½ small onion
 1 tomato, diced
 1 tsp garlic powder
 salt and pepper
 1 lime
 fresh cilantro

In a bowl, combine the onion with the tomato, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grab an avocado and cut it in half. Hold your knife firmly, and in one motion, stab the seed of the avocado and move it from side to side until it comes loose. Remove. Cut the avocado vertically, making wedges. Then do the same horizontally, creating small dice. Repeat with the second avocado.

Add the diced avocado to the bowl and mix. Squeeze the lime, add the chopped cilantro, and mix everything together. Enjoy with nachos and Mexican beer!
