Fruit muesli is one of my favorite homemade recipes. There is something about homemade products that makes them taste completely different. Sometimes, making certain recipes “from scratch” is more “a must” than "a maybe". The reason for it is that it can make a whole lot of difference. For me, nothing beats homemade, made from scratch pancakes, curry, your own pie crust, or even good granola or breakfast muesli. Each and every one of these dishes can taste a lot differently if you are using fresh neat ingredients. So, here is a simple, easy recipe for a quick breakfast or to go breakfast cup. In this recipe, there is a lot of healthy ingredients that will "get you through the day". It has a lot of energy boosters that will keep you, not only energized but full for a long period of time.

Preheat the oven to 370 degrees.

1. Firstly, take a large bowl and combine the rolled oats, the nuts, and the sunflower seeds
2. Secondly, add the honey mixed with water. Then, stir well to coat all of the dry ingredients
3. Lastly, sprinkle some cinnamon powder over the mixture (if you want to because this ingredient is optional)

1. Spoon the oats into a large rimmed baking sheet and spread out evenly
2. Then, put it in the oven. Bake the ingredients at 370 degrees for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. After that, remove from the oven and allow it to cool
1. Add the chopped dried fruit and sliced bananas
2. Then stir to combine
Serve with the light yogurt!
Enjoy with a glass of orange juice for a perfect start of the day.
