Honey Dijon Salmon

 A few salmon fillets, skin-on, clean and ready to cook
 3 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 2 garlic cloves, minced
 ½ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder

Get a baking pan ready with some oil (foil optional) and space the salmon on it. Preheat oven to 365'.

In a medium bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.

Pour the sauce over each salmon, one by one, making sure to cover them generously.

Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies!!!
