Mozzarella spinach stuffed mushrooms

Simple step by step recipe. This dish is great as a main course, appetizer or even a party snack, the fact that is a low carb, gluten free and vegetarian makes it a fabulous crowd pleaser, wont take more than 5 minutes to prepare and kids love it. Feel free to use other types of cheese and spices, this recipe is good to play and have fun with.

 ½ lb cleaned mushrooms
 1 cup fresh minced spinach
 1 cup shredded mozarella
 Salt and pepper
 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Gently remove the stems from mushrooms

Wash the stems and mince them finely

In a bowl add some finely chopped spinach, mozzarella, salt pepper and olive oil.

Stuff the mushrooms one by one and place them in a baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes at 370f
