Mozzarella spinach stuffed mushrooms

 ½ lb cleaned mushrooms
 1 cup fresh minced spinach
 1 cup shredded mozarella
 Salt and pepper
 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Gently remove the stems from mushrooms

Wash the stems and mince them finely

In a bowl add some finely chopped spinach, mozzarella, salt pepper and olive oil.

Stuff the mushrooms one by one and place them in a baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes at 370f
