
I love cooking this recipe. It is very easy to prepare. Plus, it is fast, tasty and healthy.
There is something special about this dish. It might be as simple as the salmon taste rounded by a glazed honey dijon finish. Or maybe it's because my kids love it and always ask for seconds.
Picture this comfort food: glazed honey dijon mustard salmon with mashed potatoes, and sauteed garlic asparagus. Yes, please!
Get a baking pan ready with some oil (foil optional) and space the salmon on it. Preheat oven to 365'.
In a medium bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the sauce over each salmon, one by one, making sure to cover them generously.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies!!!
